come on ride that train

Alright...things to blog about but no time to do so! First off:

VoR met a girl referred to as "Train Girl"
Being the insanely mature being I am I can't stop giggling about this fact. Though I know the story I have to wonder if "Train" is the environment or the action took while with said "girl".

VoR and I are going to write a book (just decided)
This idea came about by me saying "I should write a book" and VoR saying it should be titled "How to Get What You Need Then Move On: The Complete Guide On How Not to Get Into a Relationship". It morphed into the decision we should write a book with our definition of what a relationship is because I'm not sure how long it's been since I've honestly been in to one and the deterioration of the term "relationship". (Sidenote: Also covered was who all I've "hungout" with that I don't consider relationships). We've yet to come up with a working title but I'm sure it'll be marvelous.

I cried so hard last night
It was, however, from laughing. Fly was talking about a restaurant in the town I work in that went from a "chain" restaurant to a "privately owned" one because they lost their franchising rights (I think). It went from pretty good to NASTY. It was so funny to hear him talk about it, though, because the exact thing that happened to most of us who ate there. It was like one day okay food nasty day OMG WTF was that? I seriously couldn't stop laughing about it and also if I think about it now I laugh about it. He also made me talk a bit about my POS ex (most likely the last real "relationship" I was in) and why I hate jig fishing a bit. Did I mention he also asked me to go out to dinner on Saturday? We're going to a place about an hour from where I live because it's his "favorite" and I'm about the least picky eater when it comes to where I eat on the planet. Also I HATE picking where to eat. I don't really know why but I've never liked being in charge of that decision. It's not like it's life or death but yeah, it's just not my thing. Once we got off the phone last night I laid in bed wondering about what exactly I wanted to wear since he told me he had to go home and change after work. To clarify, there's a logo on his work shirt so I understand why he had to change but now I'm like "is jeans not good enough?...what should I wear??!" I don't want to seem too dressed up though. Ugh. This is how I get myself into trouble--over thinking.

Someone smack me in comments.

Consider yourself smacked.

Why not ask him what type of place it is? Because you're trying to figure out how to dress...

No fair taking my Chicago picture...

And I assume by 'met' you mean VoR has gone out on a date with?

No, just road a train with. Haven't seen her since, she's on a train excursion. She leaves Seattle today headed for Whitefish, Montana.

Pam: I've been there before and it can be anything from jeans to dresses. With Belle's assistance I've figured out what I'm wearing. It's a good Chicago picture! (see below for the VoR answer)

VoR: Rode a train...HEHEHEHEHHEHEEH

You can never, ever go wrong with dressy black jeans, sandals, and a cute little top.

Fancy enough for fancy, yet comfortable enough to go to a bar.

And, your outfit will blend with whatever he's wearing and take that tone (assuming, of course, that he is not wearing his hip waders to dinner. Nothing coordinates with those.).

'chick: It's so the wrong weather for hip waders...and a part of me is bothered by the fact I know that...

I have this like...jersey dress I'm planning on wearing.

Have fun writing your book! Hope that goes well.

A new restaurant sounds like fun, as well as laughing until you cry...love moments like that!

You have officially been smacked. He he, you make me laugh! ;P

Hey, my parents live in WV. Never seen a blogger from there, though. Thanks for stopping by my SITS party yesterday. Hope you had as much as I did:)

I was going to suggest a tank top or t0shirt with a skirt. That's my favorite in-between wear in the Summer.

Churlita's suggestion is the optimal "I can't wait, I need you know" attire.

know = now
although if you haven't yet, you also need to know.

Hmm, interesting.

Heard it through the grapevine that VoR 2.0 is nearly ready, but the nest is not.

So, for now, a chick (or 2?) will do there chick thing.

(Heard that from the fish, BTW)

Until then, I'll fly south. I hear the "fishin'" is good "'round" these parts?
